Twenty years reading rooms from a DJ booth taught Josh when to build tension and when to let it go. Yoga Party brings that timing to the mat. It's a fast, cardio-heavy flow with dance and hip-hop in its DNA, and the music isn't background. It sets the pace, cues the transitions and carries the room.

EventPracticeFounderYoga Party started with a simple idea: a yoga class should be read and built the way a great DJ reads and builds a dance floor. It grew out of Chicago studios into a method of its own, with original music, a set-shaped class and an event in every room it lands in.
Twenty years behind the decks as a founding member of Flostradamus, on main stages from Lollapalooza to festivals worldwide. Reading a room from a booth is a discipline: tension, release, when to hold and when to let go.
He brought that discipline to the mat. Yoga Party is what came out of it.
Josh teaches full time in Chicago and produces every Yoga Party set himself. In 2026 he brought Yoga Party to the lineup at MOVE at the Shed, alongside Keke Palmer, and to the East Stage at Latina Sweat Project's Sweat Fest.
